Kate Dolinska is an associate at Jonathan D. Davis, P.C., whose approach to litigation is strategic and efficient. Her professional experiences include representing clients in the music, entertainment, fashion, and insurance industries.

Having worked in the fashion and media industries before law school, Ms. Dolinska had the opportunity to observe some of the world's leading fashion designers turn concepts into finished products. Through that experience she gained a deep knowledge of the creative process and the necessity of protecting creative content from misappropriation and infringement. As an amateur graphic designer, Ms. Dolinska appreciates the technical and painstaking work that often drives creative endeavors.

While in law school, Ms. Dolinska served as Associate Editor of the Arts and Entertainment Law Journal, and was selected for the prestigious Alexander Fellowship, which enabled her to gain valuable experience in the federal courts. Ms. Dolinska has also worked as a volunteer for a pro bono organization in South Africa and for the Polish Embassy in China.
