Firm secures dismissal of employment discrimination claims against major record label

In an employment discrimination case brought in the federal court for the Southern District of New York by a former employee of a major record label, Jonathan D. Davis, P.C. obtained dismissal of plaintiff's claims.

The Court granted our client's motion for summary judgment, finding that plaintiff had failed to raise any genuine issues of material fact that she had suffered any discrimination based on hostile work environment or constructive discharge. The Court also dismissed plaintiff's retaliation and involuntary servitude claims, as well as her claim against an individual employee at the label for aiding and abetting discrimination.
