Anthony C. LoMonaco is a dedicated and experienced litigator who understands how to advance a client's objectives and goals. Over the years, Mr. LoMonaco has advised clients in the news media, book publishing, fashion, finance, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries in matters concerning false advertising, business torts, consumer fraud, copyright and trademark infringement, defamation, data security, and contractual disputes.
Before joining Jonathan D. Davis, P.C., Mr. LoMonaco worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Eric N. Vitaliano, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York. He also worked as an associate in the litigation departments of two major international law firms, where he represented clients in civil and criminal matters.
