Alyssa Pronley is an effective litigator and skilled advocate. Primarily representing clients in the media, entertainment, and sports industries, Ms. Pronley specializes in high-stakes commercial and intellectual property litigation. With an extensive background in trial advocacy and significant experience in all aspects of litigation, she has represented clients across the country in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pronley was a senior associate at an international law firm, where she counseled and advised clients, including artists, executives, and private companies, on complex commercial, contract, business tort, fraud, unfair competition, and intellectual property issues. Before that, she was an associate at a national litigation boutique, where she focused her practice on trademark, copyright, counterfeiting, and other intellectual property disputes. Ms. Pronley was also a law clerk for the Honorable Steven M. Gold, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of New York.
Ms. Pronley is dedicated to pro bono work and is active with Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, and she cares deeply about matters related to public policy. Before clerking, Ms. Pronley interned at the White House with the Domestic Policy Council and at the Department of Justice, where she researched trial issues associated with expert testimony and privacy issues related to technology. Ms. Pronley is also the head coach of the nationally ranked Fordham Lincoln Center Mock Trial program at Fordham University.
